Payment, Shipping and Returns


At Tyre Thrashers we would like you to pay the way that suits you best.
We accept payments through PayPal, Bank Deposit, MasterCard, VISA, Direct Debit (internet banking transfer), money order and or Tyre Thrashers gift card. Once your payment has cleared, we will freight your item within 2 business days.
To ensure a pleasant transaction please follow the payment instructions laid out by the eBay system as you proceed through the checkout you will need to specify if applicable the colour or size of what your purchasing, please make sure your delivery address is listed perfectly and the correct and current freight cost to your area has been added along with a mobile or daytime contact number that can be given to the courier.
When using bank deposit or transfer please leave your eBay user id in the description so we can avoid any unidentified payments which could cause delays.
If you wish to use paypal please check that your address listed with them is up to date. or leave a special note if need be.
If you want to collect or arrange fitting of your item, you will need to contact us prior, as all collections or fitting appointments need to be pre-booked.
Tyre Thrashers is a reputable Australian registered business and complies with all Australian legislative requirements, all the prices we have listed include tax! If required we supply tax invoices to Australian purchasers.

We have an ever increasing range of products where delivery is free to just about anywhere in Australia.
And Due to our fitting and warehouse locations we have an extensive list of couriers at our finger tips, ensuring you get the best quotes possible, on delivery to basically anywhere in Australia.
Just contact us with your area, post code and state for a quote, but we recommend that you change your delivery address to a workplace for items that are large and bulky. Because most of the time it will be cheaper and safer.
We can also provide Fitting and balancing at various locations along south east Queensland.(see list)
We also offer pick up but due to time and workloads arrangements must be made first.
Items are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days of a cleared payment.
 Delivery to main stream areas normally takes 3-4 days, however please allow approximately 5-10 business days for items to arrive. 
It is our customer’s responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address and phone number on the checkout page. 
Phone numbers are important because in some cases our Courier providers will make contact prior to the delivery day.
Tyre thrashers are not liable for any delay, losses or damage of items due to changes of, or incorrect delivery address being provided. This also includes failure to provide an answered phone number which helps to facilitate delivery of bulky items.
 Please be aware that P.O Boxes cannot receive items above 25kg or longer than 1 metre.
Where goods are sent through Australia Post, you may receive a card in the letterbox indicating your item is available for pickup from your local post office. However don’t worry too much about this as our nuts will most likely fit in you letterbox.

Extra delivery fees may be charged to customers for items that are undeliverable or returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery. Items can only be delivered during normal business hours on weekdays. Delivery is not available on public holidays or after business hours.


If you are unhappy with one of our products for any reason, or you just decide you don’t want the item or items, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange.
 Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item or items to arrange.
Please note the item or items should be in unused, undamaged and unfitted condition. They will also need to be back in there original packaging and accompanied with the original sales invoice.
As the majority of our products, are large and take a bit of effort to pick, pack and dispatch, we will refund your original purchase price, less any postage expenses and an administration and restocking fee of 20%.

Faulty/damaged item

All our products are quality checked several times before dispatch and pickup however if in the unlikely case you do receive a faulty, or defective item we will be more than happy to provide a full refund or replacement. And yes we will of course, cover any postage prices involved.
For your piece of mind all of our products are also coved by some of the best warranties getting around. (Details in description’s or warranty section)
If upon return to us we find that the product is in good condition, we will not approve a replacement, and will return it to you at your cost. Or give you a refund less any postage expenses and restock fee of 20%.

Wrong Item received

Although this hardly ever happens, there is a chance an incorrect item may be posted. In this unlikely event, please let us know and we will rectify the problem immediately (at our cost of course).

Order Cancellations

We are happy to accept Cancellations any time after your order. However, if your item has already been picked, processed and picked up by the courier, we unfortunately would not be able to accept the cancellation. However you may of course return any unopened and unused items within 14 days of receiving, for a refund if you wish. (Extra details in returns)
