Q. What kind of items do you take?
A. Since our audience is worldwide, we reach people of all shapes and sizes. Designer clothes, shoes, handbags, jewelry and accessories all sell well. It’s easier to sell clothes in season. The focus is on designer items and everything must be authentic.

Q. What do you charge?
A. The fee is a straight split of 50/50. You keep 50%, styleXchange keeps 50% and there are absolutely NO LISTING FEES - we pay these fees out of our consignment fee. Should any one of your individual items sell for $1,000 or more, the split is 60/40, you keep 60%, styleXchange keeps 40%. We handle all the photography, listing, shipping and any customer support that is needed. All of our items are listed for either 7-day auctions or in the 30 day "Buy-it-Now or Best Offer" format depending on the item. Should any of your listings end without a sale, we will re-list for several months. We will only reduce your items to a sale price after discussion with you.

Domestic orders ship via Australia postal service with tracking – shipping costs are shown with the listing.

International orders ship via Australia post international service with tracking – shipping costs are shown with listing.

Combined shipping - Please wait to pay until you are finished shopping and then email us for an invoice with combined shipping so that all of your purchases can be shipped out together with one total shipping cost.

NOTE: If you wish to ship to a different address from the one that is on your PayPal account, be sure to include a note on your PayPal payment with the new address. Feel free to send a confirmation email to make sure of the change.


If for whatever reason you are not happy with your item you can return it no problem. The return postage will be at the buyer’s expense.
