Very fast dispatch and good customer service email updates; but item description had some inaccuracies and packaging was pretty lousy - just a shipping label stuck directly to the product's box, no external postal packaging at all. Still happy with the customer service nonetheless, but please endeavour to improve postal packaging.

They advertised and pictured a model of shears that were selling for $20 more with other sellers so thought I'd got a bargain. Unfortunately what arrived was the base model missing the advertised features. I sent it back and received a refund but it's hassle that I can't be bothered with. I'm pretty sure it wasn't by mistake either as you would expect maybe they apologise and offer to send the correct model but no, no response to the seller.
