Delivery and delivery communication was average. A bit of communication from the del company but only non specific status updates didn’t actually know when it was coming. It arrived Saturday evening after 6pm when nobody was home. The 51kg box was left next to the house totally exposed with rain forecasted. They could have wheeled it up the ramp (no steps) and left it on verandah undercover, next to the front door !!

The product is great, but you are lucky I received it. The package was left at my front door unattended next to a busy stairway in my unit complex. They didn't even knock on the door to alert me the package was there. I warned you that many couriers behave this way via a message at the time of payment, maybe you should read your messages as you would have been liable for the losses had it been stolen.

Item did not arrive in the specified time. I contacted the seller and got three responses from three different people in their customer service department. How good is that? They all said they will look into it for me. Even better. They lodged an inquiry with Aramex the courier company. Guess what? the item arrived two days latter. I am very impressed with OZ-AUCTION 's level of service and would highly recommend them. All good. Thanks OZ-AUCTION for a great experience.

Even though an unexpected delivery issue arose, after sending a message to the supplier, they assured me the item would arrive by next week and if not to contact them and they would make sure it arrived. After all that the massage chair still arrived ahead of initial scheduled time by 2days. It only took 5days to arrive after the order. Great correspondence from supplier and a great chair for a bargain during Black Friday specials. $855 delivered after all discounts as RRP $2500. Jon Pitt
