Just as described. Courier is a bag of nails. Said the item was delivered to my home. I was working in the garden at the time. I checked my phone and the message said it was delivered. No delivery to my house. I did see a red van so a u turn 2 doors away from me. Attention to contact the courier.NO RESPONSE TO PHONE CALL. 1hr later the package arrived. Did try to speak to them. I opened a complaint before the item was delivered. Not worth £4.99 for the aggravation.

Bought Adidas Code Choas from Sports Direct when thy were on offer. They sent me the wrong shoes and after confirming they couldn't exchange them for the ones I ordered, I returned them for a refund which I am still waiting for! I've now seen the exact same shoes I originally ordered advertised again but now @ £10 more, I contacted Sports Direct to be told that if I wanted them I could re-order but at the higher price. Hopefully I'll receive my refund soon but won't be dealing with them again!!!

Ordered Harden 8's as a gift to a child for his Trials to go to play basketball in America. They came and the box was totally crushed and shoes scuffed on one side . Sent pics to Customer Services and was told there wasn't much they could do but would refund the postage. I said this wasn't good enough and asked for a discount code to reorder from them in future . Was told not possible and then told me they were only going to refund postage costs . For such a big company , they have no idea

The shoes arrived in the package and as described but in the wrong size The shipment arrived very quickly and exceeded expectations I contacted customer service and received a quick and courteous response. It turns out that there was confusion with the labels and I have to send the shoes back to them, which involves a fee. It sucks a bit because you can't change the shoes to the right size and you have to buy again

It’s well packed and looks very sweet. I think the colour is a little more muted than the photo but that’s normally the case when ordering online. Overall, very happy with the delivery service and the product itself :) (although I haven’t taken out of package yet, it looks great sealed).
