Shipment General
• If you want to purchase more then one item you can delay payment for a maximum of 1 week since the first item you bought. We can combine shipment then. Combined shipments are to be paid all together in ONE SINGLE payment. You´ll receive an invoice for the items you bought after one week, of if you prefer that invoice earlier please ask for it.
"buy now" items with a low value can be shipped by normal or registered mail (depends on the value). You will find the prices for shipment of these items in the annoucements. Combined shipments are possible, we try to keep the charge as low as possible, but it depends on weight and value.

• If you pay before 09.00 normally we ship the items the same (working) day. Within Europe it can take between 1 and 2 weeks to arrive, but mostly it goes faster then that.
• Shipment per United Parcel Services (UPS): Delivery takes place within 1 till 5 working days. You will be provided by a tracking number. You can fully follow your shipment from package until delivery at home. You will receive a shipment notification as soon as we pack your item(s). Shipments to a country within the European Union are charged with 12 euros for the first item in one buy and 4,00 euros for additional items. For north and south America shipment ist charged with 25 Euros for the first item and 30 Euros for Asia, Japan and Australia.

• If you are not satisfied with the purchased item(s), you can send it/them back within 7 days after reception. We will pay you back the full amount you paid us (purchase price plus shipment), of course if we receive the item(s) back in the same state and packaging as we sent it. We do not pay for return shipments.
