Excellent to deal with. The product I ordered arrived promptly and as described. Unfortunately, the product did not fit my application (through no fault of the seller). Nevertheless, the seller agreed to accept the return of the purchased item and promptly sent a return label and issued a refund once they had they received the return. They even paid the return postage. Would buy from them again without hesitation.

Item arrived with oil seepage stains on box so delivery not accepted. Probably couriers' fault, but would be better if packed upright in box marked this way up! Notified seller through ebay but no response. Item redelivered next day, and appeared to have been cleaned up and reboxed. If not a replacement ( seems too quick a turnaround), there was minimal loss, so otherwise happy as it was a good price using ebay code ( tho' did come down by $10 a couple days later!). Will use seller again.

Ark jockey wheel arrived on time and for an unbeatable price. Package was never scanned by Australia post so after a week I was worried but communication was good. Only downside is it didn’t arrive in a box but merely wrapped in a bit of flimsy bubble wrap but the item appears to be new and undamaged so I’m unsure of the lack of original packaging.

This Penrite 10W-40 4T semi synthetic oil arrived very quickly and at a reasonable price for a quality oil , only minor issue was that the pouring tube (as in illustration) wasn't with the container , BUT still happy , seller offered to return/refund but I like I said , only a minor point and not worth mucking around for.. A good seller who I WILL DEAL WITH AGAIN ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍
