Just WoW! Customer service is lightning speed and GOOD responsive, Delivery is lightning speed via Local DHL I have ordered the item over the weekend on Sunday, Order confirmation is on Sunday, Tracking number on Monday, DHL called me on Wednesday to book the time for delivery and Thursday I have received the item.
Item looks... new (smell new too) , so far I don't have any problem with my purchase, box is wrapped properly. Remote and accessories are new... Bravia never let you down....

Item arrived exactly as described (slight damage on the box, but the TV was perfect/flawless). Shipping was a little slow and confusing - the estimate was missed and the notifications and were unhelpful (this was more DHL than Sony though)
