Advertised as 50AMP refurbished unit. Delivered 30AMP unit. Customer service committed to sending the correct 50AMP unit after i returned the incorrect unit and then issued a refund instead of meeting their commitment. Very poor customer service and terrible customer communication.

Room for improvement in communication in answering 'specific questions' when asked in relation to why shipping and tracking hasn't updated. Condescending canned responses in reply asking the customer to be patient are neither helpful, nor wanted. Neither are screen shots of the same ambiguous tracking information the customer can see themselves. Shipping time was slow. Tracking next to useless.

Due to a long list of items accidentally purchased an unwanted item. Asked for one item to be cancelled. 3 days later asked for an update. Within an hour got a notification it had been posted. 5 mins later a notification saying sorry already posted.
I have stopped using Renogy.
If they are not trustworthy on a $40 purchase what would happen when dealing with $1000 purchase.
Switched to Victron half way through a project I have had great customer care from Victron on prior projects.
