We will provide you with the details depending if it’s a return or an exchange. Please note that all shipping costs and prepaid satchels are to be paid by the buyer and are not refundable.
If the item has been damaged or lost due to the shipping courier we are not responsible for this.
Some of our listings have free postage however if you require a refund on these listings, please note that we will hold a $10.00 re-stocking fee.
