You may return the part(s) within 30 days from the date of order for a refund or replacement for any reason including changing of your mind. However, after 30 days, all purchases are deemed to be satisfactory and no returns will be accepted. All parts to be returned must be in their original condition and packaging, and not modified, altered or tampered with. The product cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation as we are not responsible for installation errors. If parts are proven faulty within the warranty our maximum liability is to refund the price of the product and we are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses etc. Discounted and second-hand items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
RETURNS PROCEDURE |
Please ensure that you have received approval from a Panel House representative prior to shipping these goods. Contact us for a copy of Return Authority request form to be sent to you. We will need the invoice number along with details regarding your purchase and request to return. Your request will then be assessed within 3 business days and if approved, you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA#). All RMA numbers are e-mailed within 2-3 business days which includes the return shipping address and complete shipping instructions.
We will accept no liability for any loss or damage which may occur during transit. We strongly recommend any part(s) being returned to us, have tracking and be insured for your protection and peace of mind. Panel House will not accept 'receiver to pay' post, return shipping cost will be at your expense. The goods will remain your responsibility during transit until such time as they are received at the address as supplied by Panel House staff.
Except for orders that have been dispatched incorrectly by Panel House, we will bare the costs for the return postage. A return post shipping label will be emailed to you and then the correct item will be sent.
A 15% restocking fee may be charged on returns that are not a direct result of our error to cover original handling and packaging costs. Refunds for returns are normally processed and credited within 7-10 days from the date we receive your parcel.
Unless otherwise stated all products have a warranty period of 12 months from date of purchase on production of the appropriate sales invoice. Warranty is for replacement of parts only, does not cover any related installation or re-installation costs involved. Invoice must be provided for any warranty claim.
Replacement items will be issued after testing and inspection of goods are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Shipping costs of the faulty part may be covered where warranty has been duly recognised and accepted by Panel House, which will be at Panel Houses' discretion.
