The seller sent out the wrong item and then instead of replacing it they offer a $2 refund and to keep what they sent. After some back and forth msgs they still could not tell me why they couldnt send out the correct item. They issed a full refund and put that i requested the cancellation which i did not. I continued to ask why i couldn't get the correct item and they responded with that i can purchase it again. DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY/TIME WITH THIS SELLER. NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE

Sent wrong colour took over a week of delayed email contact to get a resolution. No phone number to talk to them only email which is obviously only monitored once a day. Terrible service. I've had quicker deliveries from OS (this was only 10 ks from where I live)

Was expecting to be able to use with 3.5 mm headphone jack. Item description did not specify it was for a lightning headphone connector and images did not clearly show this. Not worth the trouble of returning a $4 item for a refund. Also, item was supposed to have been sent by 2-3 day express post but came via standard parcel post. Took 11 days to arrive Melbourne to Melbourne delivery.
