    Colour Disclaimer: 

    Computer monitors have different settings and calibrations that display colours differently and not 100% accurate.  We took all of our product photos by professional photographer and use calibrated monitors to make sure these photos display the original colours, however there might still be some variations. 

    Pricing:

    We reserve the right to change or update prices and specifications at any time without prior notice. We suggest checking product prices before placing and confirming an order.

    Warranty:

    We provide from 12-36 months warranty, depending on the product, from the date of original purchase unless otherwise stated. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. It applies to the original residential purchaser and must have the proof of purchase. 

    The following are not covered by this warranty: 

    Damages due to faulty installations

    Normal wear and tear, natural fade or oxidation

    Removed and re-installed to another window

    Alteration

    Damaged by animals

    Lack of preventive maintenance

    Misuse and abuse

    Damaged by fire, storm, wind, explosive device, failure of structure or impact from mechanical source

    Incorrectly Filled Order By Supplier 

    In the unlikely (but possible) event you find that your blinds order has been incorrectly filled, please contact us immediately so we can swap and replace the wrong blind(s) at no cost to you.

    Manufacturing Fault 

    If on arrival or within 7 days of receiving your Blinds, you find that the blinds have manufacturing fault please email us the photos of the fault, and the replacement goods will be organised for you as soon as we receive the faulty product back in our warehouse.  

    Freight Insurance

    Unfortunately from time to time accidents can happen during transportation, and to give you a peace of mind we always include freight insurance FREE OF CHARGE.

    Damage During Shipping 

    We always purchase freight insurance for all our freight. If you find any damage in the package when you receive your blinds, then please contact us immediately by email upon receipt of the goods, and we will handle the issue with the delivery company for you. 

    Loss of Goods in Transit

    In case of loss of goods in transit, please contact us immediately by email. We will handle this issue with the courier company. If we get notified by the courier company that they are unable to locate your goods, we will make the curtains/blinds you have ordered again in a shortest possible period and resupply at no extra charge. 

    Returns Policy

    According to Australian Compensation and Consumer Commission (ACCC) Act, we are not required to give refunds, credits or exchanges if customers:

    • have simply changed their minds about the purchases or
    • have discovered that they can buy the goods more cheaply elsewhere.
