The customer service was absolutely appalling. Very rude staff and ignored most of my messages. My order was delivered and arrived faulty, I kindly asked for a refund for the item but no answer. Messaged again, no answer, finally on the third try they replied with the previous tracking number of my item, which was not what I was after, so I let them know that wasn’t my question and again got ignored. If they treat customers the way they treated me I seriously can’t believe they’re still open.
