We use Startrack Express & Fastway - fully trackable express courier system for your peace of mind. Please note that Startrack Express & Fastway Couriers are not associated with us. Do not leave negative or neutral feedback regarding freight issues as we are not in control of logistics matters. If you have any concerns with your delivery, please contact Startrack Express or Fastway Couriers with your tracking number, or e-mail us and we will contact Startrack or Fastway Couriers on your behalf to solve any problems.
Delivery to Northern Territory will incur a $35.00 surcharge on top of any shipping charges. This surcharge will be applied automatically. If it is not we will contact you after the sale to arrange payment.
Please note: We do not ship to PO BOXES, POST MAIL BOXES, POST LOCKERS OR ANYTHING SIMILAR. Please provide us another address. If you live in a unit or shared premises please advise where to leave the parcel as the courier company will leave the parcel at the premises if no one is home.
We will not be accountable for items which are delivered to the premises but then not found by the buyer. If you DO NOT have a safe place to leave the item then please supply another address such as a business address which an item can be left.
Delivery is not available on weekends.
Where is my parcel? - We recommend you follow the steps below before contacting us if your parcel has not arrived yet.
When you purchase an item from Manchester Factory your email address is allocated to the shipped item. You will be emailed a tracking email so you can find the where about's of your parcel at all times. You will receive a tracking email when the item is dispatched from our warehouse. Please check your junk mail if you do not find it in your email. Further more a tracking number will also be applied to the purchase history on your My eBay page. You may click the tracking number to track your purchase.
