  Postage and Handling:  

When are items posted out?

I do my best to package and send out each item(s) safely to all my customers within 2 business days.

How long will it take to get my item?

Within Australia:
1-4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays
Some rural and remote areas may take longer than shown.

International Deliveries:
7-14 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays
Some countries, and rural/remote areas may take longer than shown.

How much is combined postage?

To receive exact postage costs, please contact me with a list of the items you are interested in.

Do you offer combined postage? How do I get combined postage?

Yes, we do! To receive combined postage, please follow these two steps:
1. "But It Now" all the items you want
2. BEFORE paying for your items there is a link on the payment page with "Request Total". Click on the link and follow the steps. I will then send you a new invoice with the combined postage.

Can't find the the link? No worries. Please message me and I will send you a new invoice with the combined postage :-)

Why are your postage costs so expensive?

Items are posted from AUSTRALIA. Postage costs are exact amounts I pay to send your items (www.auspost.com).
All packaging and handling costs come out of my own pockets to try to reduce costs for you! This includes costs such as man hours, travelling, bubble wrap, boxes, storage and more.


Store Policies


Payments

Payments are expected to be made within 4 days from the date of order. After 4 days, eBay will automatically open an unpaid item case, and give buyers an additional 3 days to pay. Orders that are not paid after 10 days are automatically cancelled and an unpaid item strike is recorded onto the buyer's account by eBay. We do not have any say in this matter.

eBay cannot remove the unpaid item strike unless they see proof of payment.
If there was no payment made on the transaction, they cannot remove it.
Buyers can still order the item and we will ship within 2 business days of payment.

If you have any payment troubles or need the time to pay extended, please contact us. We're always happy to help :-)

Postage

Check to make sure your postal address is correct. Our postal system is automatically linked with eBay/PayPal's addresses, therefore we will send to the address specified. Please message us ASAP if your address is incorrect. If your item has already been marked as posted/sent, we cannot ammend your order or address. We will not be responsible for your parcel if the address is incorrect.
If your parcel is sent back to us, you as the buyer is responsible for any additional postage costs to resend the parcel back to you.

Customs and Taxes

Please be aware of your country's local customs office for details. We will not be responsible for any tax or duty that may be incurred upon/prior to receipt of items in any country. Items may be subject to tax and duty internationally outside Australia. It is the customer's responsibility to check their country's customs law and tax obligations and duty.

Product Images and Description

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in our store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display/settings and/or browser settings of any color will be accurate. Please be sure of the item/shade you want before purchasing.

Refund and Exchanges

Please be certain be purchasing items. We do not accept refunds or exchanges due to hygienic reasons. We want to keep all customers safe and happy. If you're unsatisfied with your product, or in the rare instance that your item arrives broken, then please do contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
