Usually have great experiences with kogan, this time though not so much. Took a week and a half to get an update on shipping. Was told the order was processing for 12 days. Ended up sending a request to eBay for undelivered item and within 3hours order had been upgraded and sent. Shortly after that I received a message saying they had no stock of original refurbished TV and had upgraded to new. Happy with the upgrade,but had to wait 12 days and get eBay involved to get an answer.
