iQuay provides a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase on all products purchased from us unless otherwise stated.
Warranties do not cover any damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper installation or installation by an unqualified person, misuse, improper care or lack of maintenance, using the item in a manner that it is not designed for (e.g. fitting HID globes on headlights not designed for it).
The warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
- Please contact us for any warranty claims
- Please have ready or provide your User ID or any proof of purchase (e.g. invoice, etc.)
- You will need to return the failed item to our warehouse at Huntingdale, Victoria, at your cost. Upon receipt and inspection, we will repair the item within 14 days and ship it back to you at our cost.
RADIATOR WARRANTY CLAIMS - Additional
- Warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. If it was installed improperly, the warranty will be void.
- Rust can occur inside or outside the radiator. This can be due to improper installation, i.e. not grounding the radiator, or the use of old coolant/mix of old and new coolant/no coolant/just water/etc. This will NOT be warrantied.
- If the radiator does not fit, please let us know within 14 days.
- You may be asked to return or photograph the failed item. If so, replacements will be shipped on receipt of the item or on approval of the pictures showing the failure.
- Replacements are based on warranty approval after establishing that it is a manufacturing flaw. If it is determined to be misuse/lack of care/etc from the consumer, the warranty is void.
REFUND AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING
- We will only refund within 30 days of purchase and if the item is in unused and un-installed conidition with full original packaging.
- If the purchase is more than 30 days old or the item has already been used or installed, or without original packaging, we will only repair under warranty.
