If you purchased an item in error, purchased the wrong item, accidently clicked and bought extras, changed your mind or the circumstances have changed, spouse does not like the colour, or for whatever reason that you do not want to continue with the purchase - don't worry, we are all human.
If the item has not been shipped:
- Please contact us immediately so we can halt the shipment
If the item has been shipped:
- Please contact us within 14 days of purchase date.
- After 14 days your order will be assumed satisfactory, undamaged with no missing parts.
- No refunds will be accepted after 14 days.
Returns
- The item(s) must be returned in original re-saleable condition.
- The item(s) are NOT installed and used, worn or damaged, and are in as near perfect condition as when received.
- DO NOT stick or write anything on the item or its packaging.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping.
- Refunds will be processed once we received the returned item.
- The refund amount will be minus a 15% restocking fee to cover shipping and admin costs.
If the item is damaged in the return transit, or not received in conditions a, b and c, a revised refund amount may be offered.
Contact us within 14 days so we can process the return. Please provide your User ID and a contact number in your email.
Dead on Arrival (DoA)
If your item does not function or is damaged on arrival, or the wrong item was sent, you can return the item to us for a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your DoA item so that we can arrange for the refund or replacement. The DoA item needs to be returned and iquay will organise and bear the cost of the return.
Australian Consumer Rights
In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased if the goods are faulty, not fit for the purpose intended or described, or does not closely match description, and cannot be easily fixed, rectified or replaced within a reasonable time.
