Shipping & Returns
Postage - Postal charges including packaging and handling are clearly shown within the listing. If you bid, you are deemed to have accepted the shipping charges quoted.
International shipping can be arranged. Please send us a message with your delivery address and we will quote the shipping costs to your destination.
Dispatch Times - We normally dispatch your order within 24 hours except on weekends and Public Holidays. Once your order has been sent you will receive ebay notification. Your goods will be shipped from South Australia, normally via Australia Post or TNT.
Returns - Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Please check goods for damage before signing delivery note as damage in transit can then be claimed on our courier insurance. All our parts are ID stamped before we send them. If a part is found to be not working correctly within 30 days*, the purchaser must return the part at the receivers expense to us for validation. We will refund purchase price or replace the part at our discretion.*30 day period starts from the date of goods being signed/delivered. Please ensure you are ordering correctly to ensure the correct part is being supplied as goods will not be credited for incorrectly ordered parts or if you changed your mind.
