Seller contacted, 3 days to get refund. This is after a 7 week process of consistently asking me to be patient , and have faith with their processes. Their communication lacked any urgency whatsoever, and their trouble shooting lacked any conviction. 7 weeks, 6th Jan to 29/2. End of the day Auspost, they claim, lost my $140 parcel.. stay away from this seller, obviously online is NOT their preferred business.
