|Q: Do we combine postage?
A: Yes we do. After you have purchased your items we will send you an invoice with the appropriate postage costs.
Q: I haven't received my item yet
A: If you are not home at the time of delivery Australia Post leave a card with collection information. Ask your neighbour’s if they have received the package or the calling card. Contact your local Post Office to see if the package is there, in most cases it will be. If after trying all of these things you still do not have your item please contact us
Q: Do we post overseas?
A: No. Sorry we only ship with in Australia.
Q: Can I pick my item up?
A: Yes you can. Please advise us if you wish to collect your item. Arrangements can be made via eBay messages or by calling us on (03) 8574 0033.
