For the purpose of this website and of this document, "BASIN PTY LTD trading under "Fischerequip.com.au" and "Fischer Professional Food Equipment" shall be known as the “supplier” and the “customer” shall be the person or persons placing the order.
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of 16th September 2016. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavor to provide you with a more competitive price.
Our policy is one of continuous improvement; we reserve the right to change specifications to our products or services without notice.
The property in the goods shall remain with FISCHER Equip until such a time as the invoice and any other invoices to be paid by the customer are paid in full, but the risk in the goods passes to the customer on delivery.
All prices given on our website and literature are given in good faith and are in Australian Dollars. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our absolute discretion.
We do not supply any goods on a trial basis; the customer should always satisfy themselves as to the suitability of a product for their requirements before ordering.
When purchasing from FISCHER Equip your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 256-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. We have decided for the strongest encryption technology to keep your information save. Our return policies apply to goods unused and as new, in their original packaging (external & internal) and with all instruction manuals.
Special orders and purchases made from one of our suppliers may have a different return policy or restocking fee, so please check prior making the purchase with our support team.
Under the Queensland Fair Trading Legislation you have the right to return your goods, provided you do so within 7 working days from the day after you received and signed for the good under the following conditions. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to do. Please choose carefully. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been dispatched you may have to pay round trip delivery costs. Goods must not be returned to us without our authorization, you must obtain a returns number.
We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. You may however within 30 calendar days of receiving your order return the goods to us at your own cost, provided they are un-damaged, un-used and in their original packaging with all instruction manuals included. This is only applicable to stock items and does not include special orders. A proof of purchase is essential.
