Can I pick my item up from your warehouse?
We are not able to facilitate pickups and do not operate a physical storefront. All of our orders are dispatched either by post or courier.

What If I Haven't Received My Order?
If your order is not received within the stipulated time frame, please contact our customer service team at ebay@etailme.com.au to trace the missing item. Please note that we are not able to accept any claims for missing items in instances in which the customer has failed to contact us within a two month period.

What If My Order Is Unsatisfactory?
All orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund (less a 10% restocking fee). Unless otherwise stated on the actual listing.

What if I entered an incorrect address?
Your order should be returned to us and we will contact you when it does. You will have to pay for it to be re-shipped.
