Q. Do you charge for shipping?
A. No, We offer FREE shipping Australia wide on all our items. For an additional fee of $10 we also offer Express Post if you require the item sooner. You can select which postage option you prefer from the order page. All orders which are sent via registered post can be tracked on line and need to be signed for at time of delivery.
Q. How long will it take until I receive my jewellery?
A. We know you’re eager to receive your purchase and our aim is to dispatch orders received before 12pm on the same business day. We guarantee though that all orders will be sent no later than 1 business days after you place your order. Delivery normally takes 1 to 4 business days using the Express Post option and 5 to 7 business days using the standard option. Please refer to the Australia Post website for more information specific to your area.
Q. Do you have stock of the items listed for sale or do they come from overseas?
A. All the stock we carry is local and ready for dispatch immediately from our Perth office. We do not drop ship or send items from overseas. This means there will be no customs delays or unexpected taxes.
Q. Can I track my parcel?
A. All items we sell over $10.00 are sent via registered parcel post. The tracking number can be found in the order details. Orders can be tracked online via the Australia Post website.
Q. Can I return an item if I change my mind?
A. Yes! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please refer to our terms and conditions page for further information.
Q. How is your jewellery cheaper than the retail stores?
A. Our unique workshop to consumer business model sets us apart from traditional jewellers by allowing us to offer a collection of unique premium quality gold and silver jewellery at an affordable and inexpensive price by eliminating the middle man as well as having lower overheads than a traditional retail store.
Q. What is your jewellery made of and is it real?
A. Our jewellery is made of solid gold or solid sterling silver. We do not sell plated, bonded or filled jewellery. All the diamonds and gemstones we use are natural and earth mined. We do not use lab created or synthetic stones on any of our gold jewellery. If we do it will be clearly published in the item description.
Q. Where does the jewellery come from?
A. Many of our items are made right here in WA from local designers but we also include a mix of international designs from around the world and that’s what makes Erok designs so unique and exciting.
Q. Are you an Australian business?
A. Yes! Erok Designs is an Australian Registered Business with a valid ABN number.
Q. Are the images of your products of the actual item?
A. Yes! We don’t use fancy photography equipment or CGI (computer generated images). All our pictures are of the actual item taken right here in our office so you will receive exactly what you see.
Q. Why is there a 5 cent coin next to the item on some of the pictures?
A. To help with scale we take a photo of the item next to a 5 cent coin to help you gauge the size of the item easily.
Q. Is the jewellery hand-made?
A. We produce our pieces using a variety of techniques. Most of our pieces are handmade; however, we also use other techniques such as wax casting to make our jewellery.
Q. What is the Erok Designs diamond sourcing policy?
A. Australia is one of 69 countries that are signatories to the Kimberly process and as an Australian business we’re committed to ensuring that our diamonds are conflict-free. We purchase them only from sources we know and trust which means your diamond will make you feel as good as it looks.
Q. What does TDW mean?
A. TDW stands for ‘total diamond weight’. When you add up all of the diamonds on a piece of jewellery or in a set, this equals the total weight.
Q. What does carat mean?
A. A unit of weight used to describe gemstone volumetric size.
Q. What is the difference between carat and karat?
A. Carat refers to the weight of the gemstone whereas Karat is the term used to describe the fineness of gold such as 9K or 14K.
Q. What does bezel mean?
A. A type of setting where a metal rim gently secures a gemstone by the girdle preventing damage, without blocking light or brilliance.
Q. What does prong mean?
A. The upright claws that secure a gemstone.
Q. What does pave mean?
A. Closely spaced gemstones set with tiny prongs so that the surface appears to be "paved" with gemstones. Micropavé refers to even smaller gemstones creating a paved surface.
Q. What does solitaire mean?
A. A narrow, plain band mounted with a single diamond.

A. The band of a ring

A. The underside of a ring that faces the finger.
Q. What does Halo mean?
A. A pattern of tiny diamonds encircling the center diamond.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept PayPal.
Q. Is it safe to make my payment online?
A. Yes! It is very secure. In fact we do not store or even have access to your credit card details. PayPal are certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant providing an extremely secure platform for online shopping by meeting all six categories of PCI standards making it the most stringent level of certification.
