Purchased item and the day before it's due to arrive I get refunded, the seller didn't make any contact in regards to not being in stock. Why advertise an item you don't have? Not only was I relying on my item to fix my car, you wasted my time when I could I have sourced it from somewhere else. Never again. Worst experience as I buyer I have ever had. STRONGLY WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER TO ANYONE, NOTHING BUT TIME WASTERS.

It is when things go wrong you get a good idea how well the seller deals with chaos. So Australia post lost the item - the seller offered a replacement without question as it was mega urgent ( car waiting on injector 3 days before Xmas) and then Porsche weren’t sure the “ aftermarket” part would work ( Porsche wanted $3250 for the same $500 part) - so everything ended up perfect - part supplied worked perfectly -

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER… Firstly my items took a week to even leave the state of purchase. Then they were shipped to the wrong address. And finally almost 2 weeks after the original estimated arrival date I receive my parts. Open the box and one of my items is completely missing and another isn’t even the correct thing I ordered. Have asked for a refund and will NEVER buy from this seller again.

Item delivered was not the item pictured. Pictured item was original item that came on my car and the item that arrived was available at any auto parts shop for cheaper. I wouldn’t have purchased it if they had of displayed the item that was delivered. Would never buy from them again. Was offered a refund but it’s not the point they never had the item pictured in the ad.
