If you have returned a non-faulty good within 14 days due to wrong purchase you may ask us to see if you can send it back to us for your money back. Conditions as follows:
- You notify us of your intention to return the item/s within 14 days dispatching your order to you.
- Must not be a wearable device due to health and safety: i.e. make up, massager, fitness bands, etc.
- The item/s are received by us in original brand new condition with all internal and external packaging, accessories, labels and manuals complete and intact
- Worn or damaged products are not acceptable.
- Your refund will be the amount you paid not including the postage, and you are responsible for all return cost. If you received free delivery then the delivery cost will also be deducted.
For early life failure products, that is products faulty on arrivals (or within 7 days of purchase), we will take the responsibility for return cost.
All products with warranty as per listing terms will be return to base labour and parts warranty, we have qualified technicians on hand to fix the problem in no time. Please refer to product page for warranty terms and conditions, which may vary from item to item.
To ensure speedy processing of your return, please include the invoice attached outside of package, your full return details and contact number as well as the nature or description of the problem inside of the package.
