We do not refund or exchange due to change of mind/ wrong purchases, once the product is opened and used. Please kindly read our listing descriptions careful or ask one of our friendly staff to assist with your enquires on eBay before your purchase.
Defective Products that are being returned must not have any physical damage, and be complete with all accessories and original packaging. We must be notified if the product being returned does not meet these conditions.
We assume no liability for loss of/damage to the product while in transit. We insist that the product should be packaged carefully, insured for the full purchase price, & shipped via traceable means.
Refund, replacement or repair will be given depending on the stock level or the conditions of the returned good within the listed warranty period of the goods if it has been identified as faulty.
Walk in Return/Replacement service will be accepted.
If the returned item is not tested faulty the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

Winning bidder must make payment within 7 days unless prior arrangement has been made. We will report to eBay's non-paying bidder program after 7 days and the item will be re-listed.
Appropriate feedback will be given after the transaction is completed and buyer has left feedback for us.
All items sent via Australian Air Express or any other Freight Companies are carefully packed & clearly addressed. However we accept no liability for the late delivery of goods, goods missing, or goods damaged while in transit. If such an event should happen, we will assist the winning bidder to track the item or seek any possible compensation. If item is insured we will lodge inquiry with freight companies and claim compensation accordingly. We will send replacement/refund to winning bidder once the investigation is finalised. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for investigations to be processed.
