 Q: What payment methods do you accept?
  A: We accept Bank Deposit, PayPal and Cash on Pick Up (we also have EFTPOS facilities in store).
 Q: Whats the difference between 'A' and 'B' grade refurbishments?
  A: 'A' grade refurbishments are 'as new' condition, may have carton damage. 'B' grade refurbishments may have scratches on the unit itself, compatible accessories, carton damage, or not in original packaging, refer to item description for full details.
 Q: Where do I send an item to return?
  A: Unit 6/142 James Ruse Drive, Parramatta, NSW, 2150
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: Purchasing 2 or more products, you will receive a postage discount, which will depend on the circumstances. Don't "pay now", wait and we will send a combined postage invoice.
 Q: Does pickup have a handling fee charge?
  A: Items that are picked up by the buyer have no handling fee charge, they can be collected during our office hours.
 Q: What are your business opening hours?
  A: We are open Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm.

 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: Postage time can be up to 6 business days once your payment has been confirmed. Items are usually sent the day of or the following day after payment clearing.
 Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
  A: Shipping and Handling charges are displayed next to the item's current Buy It Now Price or Bid price. It varies depending on the product.
 Q: Do you ship internationally?
  A: No we do not ship internationally. We ship Domestically all over Australia.
 Q: Do you have the additional handsets for this model?
  A: If we do not have the additional handsets listed for your model phone, it is because we currently have no stock. You can check our ebay store 'Electronic & Electrical Seconds' for all available product.
 Q: Can I purchase just a handset or base?
  A: If we are selling just handsets or bases, then we will have them listed in our eBay Store 'Electronic & Electrical Seconds'. If none are listed, then we have no stock available.
 Q: I'm experiencing a problem with my product, what can I do?
  A: If you have a problem with one of our products, please notify us by sending an email to ebay@efo.net.au advising us of what the problem is.
 Q: What does Refrubishment mean?
  A: To put it simply, it means that the product has: 1. Been tested to make sure it is working to manufacturers specifications. 2. Been cleaned & repackaged to as good a condition as possible.
 Q: What is refurbished?
  A: A product that has been returned to the factory. This may be due to it's cosmetic condition (damaged packaging, scratches, marks) or due to manufacturing faults or defects.
 Q: Do you provide Tax Invoices for the products your selling?
  A: Yes we provide Tax Invoices for all the products we sell.
