Where do we deliver to?

We use Australia Post to deliver to any Australian address. This includes PO Box and parcel locker address. New Zealand customers are welcome, however due to size restrictions with postal services some items may not be available for purchase. New Zealand customers please contact us before bidding for postage quote.

How is delivery calculated?


Delivery prices are set according to the product. Details of postage fees are in listing. International buyers must contact us for International Postage rates.

When will my order arrive?


Orders will generally ship within 1 - 2 business days from payment being received.
Delivery usually takes 2 – 10 business days to some regional area may take longer. To ensure you receive your order as soon as possible contact us for your order details.

Can I pick up in store?


Yes you can pick up in store, simply select the pick-up option when completing checkout.

What do I need to bring to collect my item(s) and do I need to show ID?


The person whose name appears on the email confirmations must be the person collecting the order and will be required to show ID. You must show:

  • A current Australian Driver’s License or Passport for ID.
  • Your PayPal confirmation email with the PayPal transaction ID included.

Can I change my order from delivery to pick up in store?

No. Once you’ve selected either pick up or delivery and your order has been placed, you’re unable to make any changes.

My PayPal delivery address is incorrect. How can I change it?


The delivery address can’t be changed once the order has been placed. Make sure your PayPal account has your current address details.

Can I track my order?


Should you want to track your order please contact us for Tracking number or a status update.

I missed my delivery, what happens now?


We use Australia Post parcel delivery with tracking, item must be signed for unless specified otherwise. Australia Post will leave a calling card if you are not at premises. Redelivery fee will apply, if item is returned to sender, due to incorrect address given or non-collection.
