Excellent communication, through no fault of their own, item was damaged in transit, once notified of the incident, parts needed to fix it were dispatched the same day and arrived in 4 days including a weekend. No issues at all. Will definitely use this seller again. If you are looking to purchase from Edisons, you won't be disappointed in your purchase. Can't recommend them enough. The mower is as described and is great value for the money.

Very happy with my purchase thank you 😊 but wasn't to happy with the transport people that delivered it the box had a lot of holes and looked like it was very knocked around that is probably why the mower had damage to it. I contacted the seller about damage and I was very happy about the quick response and sending me the parts to fix it thank you so much. No blame to the seller it was damaged in transit.

This was a good transaction with Edisons. However postage was a bit of a mess - with tracking it arrived in Adelaide and then went to Perth for some reason and so it took longer to arrive that I would wish. And then when it arrived ALL TO SEALS ON THE PACKAGING HAD BEEN LIFTED INCLUDING THE BATTERY INSIDE. Someone had tampered with it in transit but Edisons have granted me an extra 6 months warranty and so I am satisfied. Thankyou
