To ensure a smooth transaction, please follow the payment instructions laid out in the eBay system. If you are new to eBay and unsure how to purchase, please don’t hesitate to get in contact with us as our Customer Service team will be happy to assist.
The simplest way to facilitate payment is via Mastercard, Visa, or Paypal via the Checkout process.
Orders can also be taken over the phone between Mon- Fri 11am-7pm (AEST - no public holidays). Please note that credit card payments made over the phone incur a processing fee of 1.5%.
Our stock levels can change at any time. An order is only complete once payment has cleared. To prevent missing out, it’s best to pay as soon as possible. Once a payment has cleared, 98% of products are dispatched within 1 business day, however please allow 5-10 business days for it to arrive. Edisons is not liable for any unidentified payments or delays of delivery due to failure to follow instructions during checkout.
For all payments outside of eBay, please ensure you send us the reference you used, the day and time you paid, and the amount deposited.
If you wish to collect your item from our warehouse, please follow the instructions outlined in the pick-up process.
For those items that are not free post or fixed price freight, simply enter your postcode into the Postage Calculator on the listing to determine the cost to your area. eBay should update your Freight cost into the checkout process once you have committed to purchase. If checkout gets stuck and does not allow you to proceed, simply use your browser's Back button to return to the option and try again.
Due to our warehousing process, once payment has been received, orders are unable to be cancelled. Our 30 Day returns process may assist in this instance.
