 Q: What payment methods do you accept?
  A: For delivery, our preferred payment method is by Bank Deposit. You will be provided with the details at checkout. We also accept PayPal and Money orders. For Pickup, we accept cash payments, EFTPOS and most major credit cards.
 Q: Do you offer postage discounts for multiple purchases?
  A: Yes we do. In most cases this is an automatic system, but sometimes it has errors and will not combine. If this is the case: Please purchase the items independently without paying for them. Then, send us an email about the combined postage. We will then send you a revised tax invoice with the updated amount.
 Q: I have received an incorrect item
  A: We do try our best to pack the correct items but we do achnowledge that we may make errors at times. In the case of receiving the incorrect item, please sent it back to our address with a copy of your tax invoice. We will replace it with the correct item as soon as possible!
 Q: How will the items be posted?
  A: All small items will be sent via express "Next Day" envelope with tracking. All bulky and/or fragile items will be sent via Courier. This service requires signature on delivery for your peace of mind.
 Q: Do you accept Pickups?
  A: Yes, we do. Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to the pick-up via phone or email with your name, item and contact number and our friendly staff will send you an email confirmation. Please bring this with you. Pickup is located at: Phoneinc Shop 1, 38-44 Mountain Street, Ultimo 2007 NSW We are open from Monday to Friday, 9:30am -5:30pm

 Q: Do I have to pay postage to return an item?
  A: If you keep the original parcel in which the item was delivered, you can write 'return to sender' on the front and it will be redirected back to us, free of charge. This is however a slow process and if you wish to use a faster service you will need to purchase it through AusPost.
 Q: What are your bank account details?

 Q: I would like to send you a money order. Who should I address the payment to?
  A: All money order payments should be addressed to 'ebuyphone' Please remember to put your eBay user id as reference.
 Q: What if I'm not present when the courier attempts to deliver the parcel?
  A: All undelivered parcels will be diverted to your local Post Office. You can request for us to mark your parcel as ATL or Authority to leave. They will then leave the parcel at your property.
 Q: My Mobile Phone is faulty
  A: All mobile handsets that we sell are covered by a 12 month local manufacturer warranty. The manufacturer is liable for any faults within that time frame. We are very happy to assist with all of your warranty enquiries. Please give us a call and we can let you know how to proceed.
 Q: Why should I purchase insurance?
  A: Please rest assured that we only ever pack new items, and we take special care to provide adequate protection for fragile items. However, we cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or broken during transit. If you purchase insurance, you will be covered by Australia Post.
 Q: What is an 'unlocked' mobile phone?
  A: Most mobile phones come locked to a certain network provider. Mobile phones sold at Phoneinc are unlocked unless specified, which means that they accept all Australian SIM cards and can also be used overseas.
