Sold me a used item listed as Brand New. Packaging torn and affray. Dust build-up on air filter. Accessories dirty and dusty. Atrocious customer service - long time to reply on eBay and didn't want to know about it in a retail store or via support on the Dyson website. If you think buying direct from the manufacturer is a smart move, think again. I'm filing complaints with ebay, NSW Fair Trading and Dyson themselves.

Item arrived just then (supposed ETA 07 Dec). Item arrived with original box no proper packaging. Some scratches noticed and looks like been opened before see photo attached. Seller replied after 2 emails and an email to EBAY helpdesk. I guess need more customer support via giving updates on the delivery status of the ordered product.
