Amazing customer service! After a small miscommunication on my order I ended up with the incorrect head bolts. All I did was sent a message asking if I could exchange for the correct ones, they said yes, and as soon as I sent them tracking number they had the correct ones shipped out to me to insure minimum wait time for me to be able to fix my truck. Great price, great customer service, great communication through out the whole order. I will definitely use in the future & highly recommend!

Someone saying they were from eBay contacted me via text saying that they attempted to deliver this package but couldn’t get a signature so they returned it to the warehouse. They wanted to schedule a new delivery, asked for all my information then asked me for my credit card number as there would be a $2.40 delivery charge. I figured it was a scam. And didn’t give my information. The next day I tried calling the number and it said it was disconnected. Does this happen often? How does this happ?
