I would normally be inclined to give neutral feedback as the vinyl I received is heavily warped and totally unplayable, but in this instance it is not likely to be the seller's fault as the new vinyl was sealed. After I sent them video proof, they provided me with an instant refund and they did not expect me to send this back. The item was well packed and post was quick, so apart from still not having a playable copy of an lp I still want, I cannot fault the service and integrity of the seller!

Anyone can be a great seller when there are no hiccup's. Its when there arise unforeseen problems that need to be address that a seller is great or not. This seller rose to the occasion, took responsibility and did the right thing across the board without having to be asked, he immediately recognised an error and refunded full amount.
