While we don't offer refunds, in the event that you inadvertently purchase the wrong item, we are happy to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
We ask that you pay any additional costs for the new product and the costs for the return and re-sending of the replacement item. We charge postage at cost in addition to the item price for replacements.
We charge a AU$10 handling fee to account for the time involved in arranging these exchanges.

You are welcome to use any balance owing to you toward another product or we will hold a store credit for you for up to three months.
