FAQ

Q: How much to deliver to me?

A: If price for freight is not on listing – please contact us with your postcode and your suburb before purchasing

Q: EBay has come up with a message stating that we do not ship to your area

A: This is a standard ebay response when freight cost has not been allocated to the listing. The office will put the freight amount on your purchase manually and send you an invoice ( this will take place between business hours)

Q: Can you provide a tax invoice?

A: Yes, a tax invoice will be sent with your item.

Q: Will this item fit my car?

A: Item information is on the listing (Please use this as a guide only ). If you would like to check if it is suitable for your vehicle, please send a message or contact us with your vehicle VIN number and we will confirm this.

Q: Can i organise my own courier or pick up my own item?

A: Yes you can. We are located in Ingleburn NSW 2565. Details will be emailed on check out. This will need to be organised with us once payment has cleared and part is ready for dispatch. Pick up is between the hours of 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday - Friday 

Q: I want to cancel my purchase and haven’t paid for it yet.

A: Please email us notifying us that you would like to cancel.

Q: My item has been sent but I don’t know my tracking number.

A: Upon dispatch of goods we will send you the tracking number and carrier that the item was sent with aswell as an invoice to the email that is supplied on checkout. Original invoice will be sent with the item/s. If you need with re-emailed, please contact us and we will re-sent this for you.
