First time I had give neutral feedback. Shopped this store for many time. First time got faulty product, contacted, did what they said, more and more questions and photo with no problem solving. I have another exactly same filter for a year, I found the problem. No exchange product or swap part offer, just more email and question and take photos for them. I got this for $80, just my bad luck. Gave up with the customer service. They are polite but no result.
