Arrive within the published time. Item as expected. I received a call the day before delivery informing me it would arrive the next day. They stated they would later give a rough time of delivery and would also call 30 minutes before arrival so I could ensure I was home. I work 8 minutes from home. But there was no further contact until they arrived at my home and called me stating no one was there. I was happy for them to leave it at the front of my house.
