The seller was very apologetic after I contacted them to say that I hadn't received the item. They said that this purchase was in the 10% that the seller sends with Australia Post that unfortunately has major postal delays. Communication was prompt and efficient. With almost a month from order to delivery, and the item being sent between states and processing facilities at least 9 times, the package is completely crushed although the bottle has not leaked, which is good.
