  • Registered Air Mail: Delivery time is estimated between 14 - 24 working days, depend on the incoming parcel process in each Country.
  • Premium Express Mail: Delivery time is estimated between 5-10 working days, depend on the incoming Customs process in each Country.
  • Missing items claim after 28 working days.
  • Please advice Seller if Insurance request ($9 per $AU100) We don't replace or refund items without insurance cover.

    All PRE-LOVED CLOTHING REFUND: As we sell International Winter Clothing, there are well known differences in sizing details by countries and manufactures. Header sizing is an estimate, listing sizing details should be the closest we can describe the measurements. We recommend to contact us for confirmation on measurements details.
    Faulty item can be returned within three (3) Working days. Postal date stamp must be within the 3 working days returned.
    Pre-loved Winter Coats/Jackets are not chemical dry-cleaned before listed. Most item are in very good to good condition and don't request cleaning. For personal hygienically reason, you may still like to dry-clean your item. Please notice that all Leather Clothing will be treated with chemicals and there might be a disturbing smell remain for some time. Genuine FUR or WOOL item ( Fleece) may have a natural smell. All NEW ITEM No refund if item has been worn at any stage before returned to us.... Faulty item will be forwarded to our retailer to confirm faulty production or wear and tear before refund.
    If Customer changes mind and return the item, our own postage expenses need to be reduced before we refund.
  • No refund for auction item – we are happy to offer Store Credit for purchasing price only (postage charges are not refundable)
