This seller is from hell! Vehemently insisted that I collect item from depot even when they knew it would be unsafe for me to do so. Didn’t take initiative to deliver again to my address when I was happy to pay for it. If courier had just rung me upon arrival (as they did at second delivery attempt), a re-delivery and much toing and froing would not have been needed. Seller wanted to charge me for re-delivery even though the courier did it for free. Shonky as! Ignored my question about safety.

Sent courtesy message to let him know delivery was attempted & taken back to depot for collection- customer replied door is un-manned, gated/locked, intercom broken- then sent 21 messages one after the other without waiting for a response to most-Had concerns about collecting it safely- responded if he would like re-delivery. The item was re-delivered at our expense- we let courier know of the delivery requirements after we were made aware. This was out of our control and we resolved it for him.
