Unfortunately my item arrived damaged. The packaging used was way too thin and ultimately insufficient. My item might as well have been wrapped in thoughts and prayers. I contacted the seller 2 weeks ago to see if they could help rectify the matter but I have received no response to date. Like many businesses, they’re happy to take your money, but unfortunately that’s where the service stops.

It appears postage service stuffed up majorly and as a result item was sent to wrong address. Luckily I just received the product after having to investigate again (no fault of seller) as to where my purchase was. Nevertheless props to the seller who issued a refund after I explained the situation. Definitely recommend seller just for that really, great customer service and I will be buying a lot more from Urban World Australia.
