Delivery time was slow while the postage cost was high, but that's pretty par for the course at this time of year I guess. the product box was pretty damaged, the packaging had a slice mark on the bottom side whilst the shoe box lid had a slice/rip from one side to the other, the underneath of the shoe box had puncture marks. Despite all this whinging I'm very happy with the product, The most important thing is that the shoes arrived in mint condition. Great seller A+++
