Item as described and delivered within the expected period - have bought before, will be ibuying again for sure - all communication so far has been automated, just waiting for seller to mark item delivered and get a proper invoice. thanks for your prompt service and pleasant communications. Slight damage to the box during transit (possible drop damage as it landed on a corner but was in in a padded courier bag. As item in not a present it’s not a big issue.

The product is fantastic and exactly as described. Terrible delivery service. The couriers did not receive my ph number and attempted to deliver with no communication to apartment in CBD. The tracking app used by the company was of no use as you could not track their whereabouts. I phoned the delivery co. twice. Overseas call centre. I was told co. do not carry co. phones and could not call me. On 4th attempt driver phd me and we got there.

The factory screen film came off on day 2, These things happen, not their fault., postage & packaging was fine, it's the way it was handled I take issue with, customer service advised me to take it in store for exchange & they would ship a new phone to that store, a call to that store confirmed this, when I went to the store they then advised they cant actually ship stock from that store & would only be able to refund, refund took a week & I'm out of pocket $80 for accessories I can't use.
