Bought from this seller before. Very disappointed, the Harrod's Shooting Star Beanie Baby I received had no tags! Bought & paid for a this Beanie Baby with both the Harrods price tag and the Ty Heart Hang Tag they advertised and pictured. No communication from seller. Had to open a case thru eBay to return item & got a refund.

I messaged the seller 3 times, and as of now it has been 23 days without a response and I have given up. I would have liked if the missing piece could have been shipped to me, or any response at all.
