Terms & Conditions:

By choosing to purchase this product, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions that govern this contract of sale
ie. Warranty and refund policies, postage and handling fees, shipping information and payment details.


1.       Bidders need to read and agree to all of the warranty, return and refund policies from SuperSavingsOnline prior to bidding. Please DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT AGREE with ALL of the Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Warranty and Returns policies.

2.       The successful highest bidder must complete the sales transaction payment within 3 business days from the date of receiving winning email receipt notification, which follows the end of each sale. If payment is not received within this timeframe the highest-bidder will be considered a NON-PAYING purchaser and a unpaid item reminder strike will be raised and a payment reminder eMail will be sent via eBay and PayPal.

3.       PayPal Transfer is preferred payment method. Online bank transfer payments are available on request & must include user ID in the payment description field or delivery will be delayed. Bank transfers/deposits will take longer to process than PayPal payments. It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to notify SuperSavingsOnline that transfer has been completed.

4.       Unless offered, online bank transfer payments must include user ID in the payment description field or delivery will be delayed.

5.       The item will be shipped within 2-3 business days after payment has been received in full.

6.       If you experience any difficulties with the delivery of your item, please contact SuperSavingsOnlineSuperSavingsOnline will endeavour to assist you by responding to your emails within 2 business days from receipt, Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm (Business hours).

7.       All correspondence must include your full name, your user ID and transaction number.

8.       SuperSavingsOnline believes that most problems can be resolved. Therefore, SuperSavingsOnline will leave feedback after purchasers have left theirs. SuperSavingsOnline will do this within 5 working days of receiving the buyer's feedback.

9.       While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional.

10.   All images are used for illustration purposes only.

11.   All product measurements are approximations.

12.   Any items which may require additional plumbing or electrical wiring we highly recommend that a qualified trades person carry out the work.

13.   Products are dispatched from various warehouses across Australia within 2 to 3 business days of payment receipt to help minimise freight costs to the customer.

14.   Due to this fact, under no circumstances is pick up possible.

15.   If the purchaser changes their mind or physically damages the product, there will be no refund or replacement.

16.   SuperSavingsOnline adheres to all trading rules applied by relevant Australian laws.

17.   Please remember, this is a contract, failure to comply with all the Terms and Conditions will result in the purchaser being blocked from future purchases from SuperSavingsOnline.


Warranty and Refunds:


1.       Please check the listing first for the warranty period.

2.       You are required to contact SuperSavingsOnline before you return any product(s). This is because SuperSavingsOnline maybe able to resolve the issue without the need to return the product(s).

3.       SuperSavingsOnline will endeavour to repair or replace your product if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 21 days from the date of purchase.  Any DOA's must be returned to SuperSavingsOnline within 14 days from the date of dispatch.

4.       In the unlikely event that a product is received faulty or becomes faulty during the warranty period, SuperSavingsOnline reserves the right to repair the product first. If it is unrepairable SuperSavingsOnline will replace faulty product with new, if replacement not available, a full refund will apply.

5.       If a product needs to be returned for warranty repairs after the '21 day period' from the date of purchase, return postage charges both ways will be the liability of the purchaser.

6.       All products returned for warranty purposes will be checked by our repairer. Should the product be faulty due to improper use then the warranty will be voided and the purchaser will be liable for the repair and all postage charges. If the purchaser does not want the product repaired, the purchaser must pay for the return postage; this will be the same postage cost as per the initial postage paid during checkout.

7.       SuperSavingsOnline will not accept any product returns by COD.

8.       For all LCD screen products, SuperSavingsOnline will provide replacement if the product has more than 3 dead or bright pixel(s) displayed on the LCD screen. The purchaser must contact us within 21 days from the date of purchase, otherwise a replacement will not be provided.

9.       Cosmetic/aesthetic blemishes developed through use and/or wear and tear does not constitute a defect and would not give rise to a warranty claim.

10.   In some instances where an item is correctly described but the purchaser is not happy with the product, SuperSavingsOnline may request up to 20% of the final sale price to cover handling and restocking fees. In this case the postage both ways is non-refundable. The refund (minus the 20%) will not be given until the items and all accessories have been received by SuperSavingsOnline.


Shipping Information:


1.       The purchaser must pay for all Shipping and Handling costs.

2.       Insurance, unless stated otherwise is optional during check out & in these cases if insurance is not taken we DO NOT take liability for any lost, stolen or damage to goods during transit. Insurance is covered directly by SuperSavingsOnline.

3.       If you do not intend using the purchased item/s immediately, please promptly check the condition of all packages and items on receipt. Transit insurance, which covers against all damages in transit, expires 7 business days from the date of delivery.  We therefore cannot accept any claims for damage in transit after this period.

4.       The product will not be shipped until the payment has been received in full.

5.       All shipments will be made within 48-72 hours (not including weekends and public holidays) after the payment has been received and confirmed.

6.       Shipment address is that which is provided to us in Buyer Details at time of purchase. Any changes of address after this need to be highlighted via separate eMail to ensure no confusion.
                    We do not offer a person to person service for delivery.
                    The parcel can be signed by any person at the address you have nominated.
                    Once delivered SuperSavingsOnline does not take any responsibility for loss of item

7.       Ensure that you provide the correct address details. All parcels returned to us due to incorrect address details will incur an additional postage and handling charge.

8.       In some circumstances your item/s may not be able to be delivered direct to your nominated address as your address may be in a remote location. In these circumstances your item/s will be couriered to your closest Depot for your collection. The cost to collect the item/s from the Depot is the responsibility of the buyer.

9.       Pick up is not possible unless stated in the description.

10.   No weekend, holiday or after hours delivery available.

11.   Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, after the item is marked as posted.
                    This time allows for any delays with Delivery Company.
                    This process is generally much quicker however delays do occasionally occur.

12.   The dispatch of the product is arranged through Australia Post &\or several other national couriers.

13.   All items over 20kgs are required to go via selected road freight couriers. In these cases the courier company requests for a good daytime contact number so that the driver may call the purchaser to confirm delivery, this is not always the case and a card may be left at the premises instead if no one is at home. Failure to provide a daytime contact number during checkout may cause delays in delivery time.

14.   In the event that the courier has contacted the purchaser and agreed on a delivery date, when the courier goes to deliver the parcel and the purchaser is not present then SuperSavingsOnline may charge the purchaser an additional freight charge, as the courier will be required to attempt a 2nd delivery.

15.   Freight costs are not negotiable.
