The seller has a very negative attitude and does not care about the goods not being delivered. I left a message to the seller asking for assistance and was not actively dealt with. After waiting for 10 days, there is no news about the goods at all. I have never received any useful tracking information. This is my first time shopping on EBAY. The feedback experience from all customer service is very poor.

Purchased an item from this company. The packaging arrived damaged and broken. Inside the packaging was a leaflet on what deals this company had available. The actual item I purchased was missing. When I contacted the company, all I got in response was that they would claim off the carrier. No attempts were made to discuss my situation. Further attempts to correspond and communicate with this company were ignored. This company’s customer service is disgrace and disgusting abuse of trust
