At Quirky Pieces we pride ourselves on our high level of Customer Service and effort to go above and beyond for our lovely customers.
Quirky Pieces does not Refund or Exchange any goods/items whatsoever purchased through Ebay. Of course - on the occassion of a proven manufacturing fault (once inspected by Quirky Pieces), a refund, replacement or exchange will happily be arranged.
Where a manufacturing fault may be deemed due, the customer/buyer must then pay for all postage charges back to Quirky Pieces for the said goods/items, until the said goods/items are deemed faulty by inspection by Quirky Pieces.
In the instance of the said goods/items being deemed to have a manufacturing fault, Quirky Pieces shall then happily reimburse the customer/buyer the full postage charges paid to ship the said goods/items back to Quirky Pieces for inspection. Of course we must deem the goods/items faulty first before refunding the postage charges.
Goods/items must be received within 14 days of origional purchases by you the customer/buyer to take advantage of the policy above.
Please understand, The Quirky Pieces Quality Control Officer checks each item thoroughly before it is packed and shipped. He then takes pre-postage photos of the goods/items before packing and after. This ensures the customers/buyers receive the highest quality goods/items.
We strongly recommend that the customers/buyers read the listings thoroughly so as to avoid any uncomfortable or embarrasing situations.
